Get started
Use this quick path to install the extension, export a test conversation, save to your local library, and activate Pro when ready.
1. Download the extension
Start from the download page so the site can count the download click without collecting saved chat content.
2. Open a ChatGPT conversation
Go to a supported ChatGPT conversation page, such as https://chatgpt.com/…. If the extension was just installed, refresh the tab before testing.
3. Export a full chat
Open the extension popup and choose Export chat. You can also use the context menu on ChatGPT pages if those actions are enabled in your build.
4. Save a test conversation
Save one useful conversation and open the local library/Open Chats screen to confirm that it was stored locally in your browser.
5. Try formats and backups
Use HTML for readable archives, Markdown for notes and writing systems, JSON for structured backups/imports, and ZIP/batch tools when available.
6. Activate Pro
Buy a lifetime license, copy the generated key, and enter it with the purchase email in the extension settings or license screen.
7. Re-check if Pro does not show
If the extension does not show Pro active, press Verify or Re-check. Make sure the purchase email and license key match exactly and that your device limit has not been reached.
