When a refund is approved, the associated license may be revoked or disabled, and Pro features may stop working after the license check updates.
What may not qualify
Refunds may be declined for abuse, license sharing, resale, excessive activation patterns, fraudulent activity, or requests outside the refund window.

Contact support with the purchase email, approximate purchase date, and a short explanation. Please contact support before filing a chargeback so the issue can be reviewed directly.
